SATS Inflight Catering Centre 2 (SICC2) Project involved design, supply and installation of complete refrigeration equipment and coldrooms for the entire kitchen complex. The refrigeration system is made up of nine sets of screw compressors, total 290TR, serving the walk-in chillers and freezers, refrigerated cabinets spread throughout the kitchen complex. Project included installation of a conveyorised tunnel blast chiller to blast chill, food stored within airline meal carts.
