Han’s Central Kitchen

The scope of work in this project involved design, supply and installation of Cold Rooms and Refrigeration System to provide a complete solution for temperature control in food processing to the entire Centralised Kitchen Facility. The kitchen facility includes the Chilled and Frozen Storage Rooms, Blast Chilled & Blast Freeze Process as well as various temperature controlled processing area. The entire cold facility is designed with centralised, multiple set of Compressor Rack System, to serve the Chiller Room, Freezer room, Blast Chilled, Blast Freeze and Processing Area respectively.
